Coria Premium Lebanese Gin - Distillery

Distilled from the great local surrounds, Coria Gin is a quintessential refresher with tonic, the base of numerous cocktails, whose popularity continues to grow. A predominant aroma and flavour of juniper, coriander and lemon peel along with other botanicals are the key elements of Coria Gin. 

First, the grapes are fermented and distilled into raw alcohol. In order for it to be pure, they re-distill the grapes and alcohol in a column distillation. Then, the double distilled grapes alcohol gets macerated with the botanicals (juniper, coriander, lemon zest, dried lavender, star anise, licorice root and a few more…) for at least 24 hours prior to another distillation. Finally, the macerated alcohol gets distilled for a third time into the gin and aerated for 1-2 days, then rested optimally for 2 weeks before bottling.
