Souk el Tayeb is a large social enterprise working on national and international projects to promote and preserve culinary traditions, rural heritage, and the natural environment. Founded by Kamal Mouzzawak, Souk el Tayeb combines a local producers market on Wednesday and Saturday; but also a mound boutique opened daily Dekkenet, a table d'hôte Tawlet, and guesthouses in several Lebanese regions.
