Contemporary Eastern Mediterranean cuisine. One of their specialties is the taboon, an ancient Levantine flatbread which Laymoon uses in its frozen pizza line. Inspired by the Palestinian chicken “Musakkhan”, this dough is free of chemicals and preservatives and ideal for our eclectic toppings. They have created a pizza line that celebrates the Eastern Mediterranean and the New World, two food cultures that meld magically.
