L'Atelier is the application restaurant of the IGE's Hospitality Management course. It is designed to provide the most hands-on experience for students, who work and play the role of maitres d’hôtes, sommeliers, waiters and cooks to ensure the best experience.
L'Atelier offers a varied menu of dishes made from the best ingredients available on the market while maintaining affordable prices; the goal of the restaurant is to ensure customer satisfaction but also to perfect the training provided to the students. Their plat du jour is absolutely a must try.
