El Paseo tells the story of a young man who created a place that would represent his life experiences through flavour. Having lived in Spain, he developed a care for the culture, the food and the places. So, when he came back to his hometown, Beirut, he planned to share the experience with everyone else and opened a tapas bar. El Paseo represents his journey between Spain and Lebanon.
