Beirut-based designer Marc Dibeh narrates his cultural environment through compelling interiors and products. His studio’s philosophy revolves around storytelling and how to make things timeless and simple. Dibeh’s universe is not far from planet Earth but has the power to make you forget you’re in it. His methods are based on wit or sharpness of ideas, sometimes both.
Since the beginning of his career in 2009, Dibeh has been commissioned by galleries all over the globe. The most recent being Gallerie Bensimon (Paris), Seeds Gallery (London), Artfactum (Beirut) and Joy Mardini (Beirut). Dibeh has also been highlighted as part of the 5 breakout stars of the Design Miami, Miami edition in 2013 by the Wall Street Journal after exhibiting the Wires series with Art Factum Gallery; and part of the 5 up and coming designers of the Design Miami, Basel edition in 2015 by Artsy. In 2016, he was awarded with the Generation Orient Price and in 2018, with the Rising Talents Award by Maison&Objets Paris.
