Coteaux du Liban is a family-run winery managed by Roula, a musicologist and pianist, and her son Roland. Although she is not a wine expert, her work is driven by a passion she inherited from her late husband. At their vineyards, human intervention is only limited to the needs of the vines. The wine produced is natural.
